4th Overall & 1st on Standard (Welsh National Gold)
Penultimate race of the season...the Welsh Open National 50m TT Champs - 2 challenging circuits from Abergavenny.
Continued the solid consistency especially in these longer events.
Recording a decent 1-46-04 good enough for 4th spot overall (miffed I didn’t make the podium photos, but that’s me )....also picking up 2nd vet (O40) and gold medal for ‘standard’ (age adjusted).
So that’s another Championship meal, certainly won’t be starving this Winter
Last race for the season next Saturday, back to those ‘orrible ‘10’s and hopefully defend successfully my current leading position in the regional JEJ series individual comp, it won’t be easy
