A very early start (up at 4.30am) for this rescheduled National VTTA 25m Champs....overtime, it is clear that I do not race at my best at these really early starts, associated to that my HR is always suppressed - knocked a sub 51 mins but it felt really hard from the start and 7th overall, which at the time was a great result (btw not the race photo!)😉 |  |
