2nd Overall / Power PB!
It’s a Sheffrec CC double at the Birdwell ‘10’ at Hatfield Woodhouse - congrats to Liam Bromiley for a convincing victory, followed by yours truly...course PB and power PB for a ‘10’ miler (356w) para mi - beer time 🍻
Significant in 2019, that although I did not break any PBs (except the 5 miler) mainly due to weather conditions, better indication is breaking power averages, which I did on Hatfield twice...finishing with 360w average....💪
[Great performance, no chance against a fit Liam (ex Giant UK Team Cat1 (Elite?) racer) - but he is 20 something LOL ]
